Because our platform specializes in digital software product keys and activation codes that are dispatched electronically via automated systems, specific conditions apply to order cancellations.

1. Eligibility for Order Cancellation

  • Pre-Fulfillment Cancellations Only: An order may only be canceled if the transaction is pending processing and the product key has not yet been generated, displayed on screen, or dispatched to your email address.
  • Instant Delivery Notice: Most orders are fulfilled automatically within minutes of successful payment. Once the digital license key has been transmitted, displayed, or emailed, the transaction is deemed fulfilled, and the order cannot be canceled or revoked.
  • Statutory Waiver for Digital Content: By finalizing your purchase and requesting instant electronic delivery, you acknowledge and agree that your right of cancellation or withdrawal expires once digital delivery has taken place.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

If you placed an order by mistake and fulfillment has not yet occurred:

  • Zero Handling Fees: No administrative or cancellation fees are applied to approved pre-delivery cancellations.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Cancellations, returns, or revoking of orders will NOT be permitted under the following conditions:
  • Orders where the product key has already been displayed, delivered, or redeemed.
  • Orders subject to customer error, including purchasing software incompatible with your operating system or hardware (e.g., ordering Windows software for macOS).
  • Custom volume orders, enterprise licenses, or special quote bulk purchases once assigned or fulfilled.
