Ms Key Deals follows the ” Money-back Guarantee” policy, which includes the guarantee of a full refund.

You can return or exchange an item at any moment if you have purchased the wrong item or are not happy with the item. We’re confident that our Customer Service will process every request that you submit, and the Technical Team is always at the ready to assist you with any issues.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1.1 – Your return or refund request will be promptly granted as long as

  • You declare that the product is not functional (you must provide evidence of the problem).

REPLACEMENT

1.2 – Your replacement request will be instantly granted as long as

  • You declare you made an erroneous purchase.
  • You declare that the product is not functional (you need to prove the existence of the problem).
  • You agree that the product is not in use and will not be used again in the future.
  • You affirm that the product is not being transferred to third parties and will not be transferred in the near future.

A replacement or refund request will not be accepted by Ms Key Deals if the product has been activated and therefore is not recyclable and is not resold.

Refund or replacement request will be refused by Ms Key Deals if you decline assistance from our staff.

A replacement or refund request will be rejected by Ms Key Deals if it is granted 14 days following the purchase or after.

You should exercise the utmost care before installing or activate your license. Before you begin with the installation, ensure that you bought the correct software that is compatible with your particular device in accordance with compatibility with software. Products that are which are eligible for return or replacement are locked out and won’t be re-usable. If they’ve had their activation done, the won’t be able to work on the targeted devices.
